Visit of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation H.E. Mr. Dmitry KOURAKOV to the Brufut upper and senior secondary school in the Republic of The Gambia

On November 04, 2023, within the framework of the National Unity Day, a Russian delegation visited "Brufut Upper and Senior Secondary School".
At the invitation of the Gambian side, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation H.E.Mr. Dmitry KURAKOV gave a welcoming speech and took part in a solemn ceremony of tree planting on the territory of the school.
During the visit, a representative of the St Petersburg State University (SPbU) Svetlana Bolotseva, held a cultural master class for over 150 students of the school and told about the opportunities of studying at SPbU.
The solemn part of the event ended with the signing of a cooperation agreement between "Brufut Upper and Senior Secondary School" and "MIR School" (Dobrograd, Vladimir region of the Russian Federation).
